About Kelderman

Kelderman Manufacturing, Inc. was founded by Gary Kelderman in 1970. Kelderman Manufacturing, Inc. is operated by his son, Jeff. Known throughout the agricultural industry as one of the leading inventors of hay equipment, planter fold kits and rubber track systems for tractors and combines, Gary holds over 25 patents.

In 1990, Gary built the first Kelderman air ride system for his ‘90 W-350 Dodge Cummins. Since Gary has a “tender” back, he wanted a smoother ride for his truck, hence the Kelderman Air Ride came to be.

Gary’s interest in Mopar products goes all the way back to his high school days where he drag raced a ‘64 Plymouth lightweight. Gary was known in the 70s as the “Richard Petty” of truck pulling as he dominated the Tri-State Truck Pullers Association modified class. He won the championship all three years he participated in his Hemi-powered pulling rig, which was nothing short of an “engineering masterpiece.”

Gary’s son Jeff, holds a patent on air ride systems for Harley-Davidson softails. Jeff’s interests, besides motorcycles, lie in Dodge trucks, where the idea to lift trucks using the Kelderman Air Ride Suspension Systems was born.
